The drs are so nice there! When my husband wasn’t sure about glasses the one receptionist personally texted me some he might like :)
First time going to this clinic and all the staff was amazing!. The receptionist all were great and very pleasant to speak with and as well as Dr. Sinclair, who was just a gem. When I first arrived I had a bad headache and they all made sure I was comfortable with having my eyes looked at and I was even put into a quiet, dark room to wait for the Dr.. that level of amazing customer service is almost unheard of these days. The right arm broke off my glasses so I went to the Petrolia location hoping for a repair. Due to the damage that wasn't possible so instead they replaced both arms in a couple of hours at no charge! Now my glasses are as good as new! Thank you Petrolia Kniaziew Optometry! From Mike Nagle
The staff are very friendly. We came in to see if they could fix my clients glasses. They were very willing to fix them for her even though she was not a client. These are the reasons we transferred to Knazview optometry.
