I had a great experience with Dr Lee at Knaiziew Optomitry Petrolia. She recognized an issue I had with my eyes and didn’t hesitate to send an email on to Dr Patodia’s in Sarnia. I had an app with him the next week he referred to her email and said it was spot on. I’m very happy with how caring she was and her expertise.
While visiting my parents here in Petrolia from eastern Ontario, my driving glasses broke and a lens fell out, I visited Kniaziew optometry to see if they could fix it, I spoke to Erin, very friendly and helpful and she informed me she would try and fix it that day or have someone do it the next morning. Within an hour I received a message that the repair was already done. This morning I picked them up and to my surprise, no charge. After a traumatic experience at Dr. St. Pierre’s clinic (Petrolia Optometry), I immediately switched my family to Dr. Lee. She was excellent with my toddler! The staff was also great with both my infant and toddler. We felt very welcomed here.
The drs are so nice there! When my husband wasn’t sure about glasses the one receptionist personally texted me some he might like :)
First time going to this clinic and all the staff was amazing!. The receptionist all were great and very pleasant to speak with and as well as Dr. Sinclair, who was just a gem. When I first arrived I had a bad headache and they all made sure I was comfortable with having my eyes looked at and I was even put into a quiet, dark room to wait for the Dr.. that level of amazing customer service is almost unheard of these days.
