I appreciate the Essex staff! They are approachable and personable. I deal primarily with Melissa. She is always so helpful and informative... but the thing I appreciate most is that she does not overpromise. When there is something I need, she is honest about time frame and she will also touch base with a phone call, just to confirm.

I've gone there several times now over the past few years and Melissa never fails to help me! When I went there the very first time, I had actually mistaken to have purchased something there, but nonetheless, Melissa was still more than willing to help me fix my eyewear as it was not sitting properly on my temples.
