I had my follow up check up with Dr. Riaz this morning and my visit was as pleasant as it can be. Dr. Riaz is gentle, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. Great doctor! I have seen Dr. Kethees briefly before as well, and she is also great. All the staff are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They all make me feel comfortable. My favourite clinic to visit for sure. Thank you for everything!
My mom had her very first appointment with Dr. Riaz this morning. She came in half hour early for her appointment and luckily the patient before her didn’t show up so she was able to see my mom right away. Dr. Riaz was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. She took her time explaining mom’s condition to her and made sure all her options were given. Kathy and Jessica were also very kind and helpful. They are both knowledgeable and caring. If you have kids, take them somewhere else. I wish I had read all the reviews before going. We will never go back there.
Terrible experience. My son has special needs and was struggling with the vision test. Instead of helping, the staff told me in front of my son to “shut up” or leave when i tried to support my son. They said his vision was awful, but a second opinion showed his vision is fine. They don’t care about patients – just upselling. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Posted a review on my son’s glasses which went green and rusty. Was told to come back and they’d replace the frames. They told me that the glasses went that way because of my son’s skin but they still would replace and asked me to remove my bad review. I removed it as I thought issues were resolved and this wouldn’t happen again! Well second set of frames and the same thing! Don’t blame it on someone’s skin! Needless to say, we won’t return ever and this stone my bad review is staying up!
