Terrible experience. My son has special needs and was struggling with the vision test. Instead of helping, the staff told me in front of my son to “shut up” or leave when i tried to support my son. They said his vision was awful, but a second opinion showed his vision is fine. They don’t care about patients – just upselling. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Posted a review on my son’s glasses which went green and rusty. Was told to come back and they’d replace the frames. They told me that the glasses went that way because of my son’s skin but they still would replace and asked me to remove my bad review. I removed it as I thought issues were resolved and this wouldn’t happen again! Well second set of frames and the same thing! Don’t blame it on someone’s skin! Needless to say, we won’t return ever and this stone my bad review is staying up!
I visited Kniazew Wallaceburg twice since January 2025 regarding my comprehensive eye exam. Both times my appointments were with Dr Farrah Riaz. She is excellent in her job and a caring doctor. Dr Farrah Riaz alerted me to an underlying eye condition that I was not aware of. Due to urgent nature of my eye condition she arranged an appointment with an eye specialist within two hours. Thanks to Dr Farrah Riaz and her staff, I am getting the necessary eye treatment now.
Fantastic service here, the team is super friendly and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.
I haven't every had a full eye exam, life is getting harder to see. For my 1st real eye appointment it was easy, she did a very good job at explaining everything. We picked a pair of new glasses and they are on there way.
