Great company that produces the best mouse trap in the USA. Super helpful customer service to help me find their distribution. Come on big box stores. Get behind this company. I rarely buy anything made in China.
My 2 sons are direct descendants of A.E. "Brick" Kness. Inventor and founder. I visited the plant in 2010.
Their black mouse trap is well made. It is the most muscular or I should say sturdiest I have used or seen. I do not like to kill mice but to protect my home & shop, feel that I have no alternative. This spring trap is quicker & causes less pain than a glue trap or poison which are both slow & agonizing to the cute little guys. Sorry mice.
These people are great. I noticed that the previous person, Ms Hanson, gave the company 1-star. I noticed that she has only done 16 reviews and she gave all 16 reviews only 1-star. I think there is something wrong with Ms. Hanson
Very rude and unprofessional people. Tried to work with them, but they were rude and we decided to work with a competitor. Do not recommend them.
