(Kristine, Angie, and Trina) Their technicians (Matt and Blake) are awesome and one is pretty much an engineer (Matt) with years of experience, and fixed my Heating System unit within minutes. Have loved in our house over 15 years now. We have used Knepper Heating and Air for our HVAC needs. They replaced our old system shortly after we moved in and came back a couple months ago to replace that system. I have never had any issues with any of the technicians or products and service we've had with them.
