Having dealt with several HVAC contractors both locally, Dahlonega, and elsewhere I can 100% testify that Chris Knepper is by far the most professional of them all. Before specifying the tonnage of the excellent Diakin unit for our addition. Chris and Dustin did a detailed take-off drawing on his tablet that showed each window size, orientation to the sun, how much shade is involved and location of the windows. Our AC went out over Labor Day weekend. Left phone message & put in request thru their website just trying to be sure someone calls us on the first working day. Lady calls me Tuesday morning and the first thing she says is for me not to do that again because it makes two ppl work on the same request. Great service. Called Knepper in the early evening after I discovered a problem with my air conditioner. They got somebody out the very next day. The technician Adam explained everything thoroughly and took care of the problem. Communication with the office was great. They worked around my schedule and kept me updated on his arrival time. Will definitely use again.
