Horrible company to do business with. If I could rate at zero stars I would. My father-in-law purchased a golf cart from this company a few years ago. In 2019, has to get some engine work done, which took months. Was advised on the onset of the summary of charges and my father in law approved work totaling a little over $1,000. Got it back in 2020, only to continue having engine issues. I bought a brand new golf cart didn’t have windshield in stock I inquired as too the warranty paperwork the girl just said it’s in the owners manual which is no information they advertise on there website that all the other golf cart same model an all of mine come with the usb charging ports which mine did not they wanna charge me for it was a fast service but I guess when u got someone buy a 10k cart with cash u just rush too take their money an send them down the road I think next time I’ll take my business somewhere that ... read more

Hi Kyle Baughman. We're sorry you weren't fully satisfied with our service when you bought your golf cart. The owner's manual we gave you should have included the warranty information, but it's possible that it was missing. If that's the case, we are able to send you the information. The USB port does not come stock on the S4 model, so there is a charge to have it added on. As for the windshield, we received the order yesterday so feel free to stop by sometime to pick it up!

By far the most pleasent dealership experience I've ever had. Wonderful staff, good inventory. Family owned vibe really made you feel at home, the owner Mark was fantastic and got me into my dream sled. He allowed us to hang out all day and ride sleds, and then helped me out in a big way with financing, it felt like we were a part of the family. Great business, will be bringing all Arctic Cat sales their way! Highly reccomend!
