I had a black ink pen mark on the tan colored upholstery of my car and Preston was able to get it out. Quick and friendly service.
I worked for a property management company that used Knepp Environmental Services. Knepp's did pretty good work but was sometimes not reliable. They would often show up late and I would have to follow up and remind them what needed done. Preston, the owner, told me that work was slow for him during one economic downturn, so I went out of my way to get approval for Knepp's to clean hallways in buildings that we managed. Kenpp Environmental has done some home projects for my wife and I and also has donated his time and talents to our house of worship. In all instances, they (Preston specifically), took the time to be very thorough and also went above and beyond to "sculpt" some nice designs into the pile of the carpet--very cool. From the very courteous scheduler to the final results, I highly recommend this company.
Preston has done work for me many times over the years. You can tell he cares about his work, always does a great job, and has reasonable prices. Definitely recommend
