Lack of care by electrician but good customer service. There was lack of care from the electrician as he damaged one of my light fittings, chipped my wooden floor from his tools falling (which happened a few times) and I had to tell him to get a dust cloth before working in an area that had a white rug. I think what was even more annoying was that the electrician didn't even notice the damage he was causing, almost like he was oblivious to what he was doing. I have used Kneller & Kneller three times now over the past 12-18 months for a variety of electrical work, including installing a bathroom fan, conducting an electrical survey and fitting a new consumer unit, and most recently fitting new kitchen lights and replacing a light in our downstairs bathroom. Everything from start to finish has always been fantastic. Steph is great to speak to on the phone and always organises a quote very quickly. My mum used this company to rectify unsafe electrical work, previously carried out by a prior tradesperson, as well as to rewire the entire property and install an alarm system and outdoor security lighting. They were happy to provide, as requested, several different quotes, depending on the amount of work we wanted doing and these were all itemised and clearly explained.
