Garth was professional, knowledgeable and appeared very trustworthy. He was very kind in letting me know that my lightbulb flickering poltergeist was not rooted in an electrical issue. He also finally told us what we’d been waiting for: our under cabinet microwave was kaput and we were justified in replacing it. Look forward to having them back out should I make the jump to EV and need a garage charger installed.
Firstly, when the technician, Doug, arrived, he went above and beyond and took the initiative to blow some snow off my sidewalk to the front door with a device he had In his van, because it had snowed overnight. He was very friendly and professional in my home and explained things about the electrical issues I had. I’ll certainly use this company in the future for electrical problems. 😊
