The service person was very helpful and explained all the details of what we needed to have done. Excellent work. Just want to add that I was under the impression that the estimate fee would be absorbed into the price of the job, however that was not the case. Now, the service provider remedied that and for that I am very grateful. I might suggest that the fees be given very clear explanation to avoid that misunderstanding in the future. I was dissatisfied with the overall service because the estimate given was not very detailed and was also confusing after discussion with he agent. Also I was charged for the estimate and it did not contain breakout detail of labor and material nor 0f any explanation of warranty and who paid for the components. The invoice had the same lack of detail. The lack of detail breakouts was non-professional.

Your communication is excellent. I appreciate the auto confirmations, notifications, updates by your sales and service people. It was a very good first impression and then things were done when they were scheduled to be done. Garth was great at explaining everything to me, didn't rush me, and listened to my stupid questions.
