My girlfriend has been using a KneeRover All Terrain Knee Scooter off and on for about 3 years. Recently, the steering locked up. I took it apart and found a bad bearing on the steering shaft. Kudos to the customer service team for sending new bearings, free of charge. Installed the new bearings and my GF and her scooter are on the road again. Great product, great customer service!

Ordered a scooter. Upon arrival the brakes were pulled so tight the rear tire would not turn. Within first week, Post surgery, reached out via contact us to inquire about repair. Got a corrupted email and no one followed up. Details and time slip away when recovering from surgery. So I finally reach out by phone call. Scooter was great but tires were unsuitable for leaving the house so I upgraded the front tires to all terrain and now I can go anywhere! On top of all this Knee Rover folks have been such a pleasure and so helpful. Great products and great people.
