We were looking for a Black Friday sale for our china, and Kneen & Co had Bernadaud 20% off. We ordered soup bowls, which had a 2-6 week delivery time as they were not in stock. We added a note saying that we were hoping to use them for our Christmas Eve dinner if at all possible. On December 23 we got a note that the bowls were ready to ship and Kneen & Co shipped them out next day delivery without charging and without even seeking acknowledgement for helping to make our Christmas Eve with family so special. Found out about Kneen on Black Friday. They were having a sale on all in stock items including Ginori 1735 at 30% off. Their customer service was very prompt and professional and helpful. Their free ground shipping was quick and the items were very well packed. Im very happy to have found Kneen (I live out of state and Im not in Chicago). I will continue to patronize Kneen.
