I recently hired Kneeland to do a large project on my mom's house. Years ago, I used them for two large projects on my own house with few problems. This last experience is a disaster--shoddy workmanship, weeks with no one showing up on the site....worst of all, they broke a light fixture, took a two year old refrigerator without asking, as well as a toilet and bathroom cabinet--don't we call this theft?
