Mr. Kneece returned my call promptly and came to my house the same day. After answering a few questions, Mr. Kneece explained what could possibly be wrong. He also explained his pricing policy. Fortunately, I did not have a major problem, and Mr. Kneece fixed my issue with the the flip of a switch! He also tightened my receptacle. I definitely recommend Kneece Electric. Thank you!
