I had an insurance claim for body repair and exterior paint correction on my Mustang convertible. While it was there, I also had them do some additional work not covered by insurance. Knebel did a FANTASTIC job!! Not only are Travis and Karen and their team WONDERFUL to deal with, they are knowledgeable, courteous, and keep you informed every step of the way. the lady on the phone, karen, was rude. my boyfriend called up to ask about his battery and she was very snippy with him, seemed as if she was over the conversation, and had no proper customer service. however, once his dad called and told her the same information, she was very kind and listened to what he was saying. also, she told him more information on the cars estimated time to be finished, claiming she had already discussed it with my boyfriend, and that he was going to be there at a certain time to pick it up (there w... read more

The team at Knebel Auto Body is the best! I had my new car 4 days when it was hit in a parking lot. The repairs are perfect , my car looks as good as new! Travis worked with my insurance company, to make sure they covered everything that was needed to complete the job. He also did an amazing job keeping me informed about the repair. The office manager was always friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for auto body repairs.

Travis and his team were awesome. He took time out of his busy day to take a look at a faulty paint job that we've been going back and forth with the dealership with and gave professional advice on how we should go about things. If you want real customer service with people who actually KNOW paint and body work, this is your place.

Waited a week for estimate, never returned my call. I called them, they appeared not to be interested, so I went to another body shop. It was 2,000.00 they lost out on!
