Ah, I’ve been here twice now for a Kneadz Improvement 90 min session and I can’t say it enough how much it is worth it coming here. Today I was worked on by Shelly and she did amazing!! I've been going to Kneadz Work monthly since 2020 and my body is so much better for that. I have an office job and the same principles that make them so good at addressing sports related strains also reduce the impact from my unfortunately sedentary lifestyle. I usually don’t write reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. I suffered a nasty injury 17 months ago. Went through months of physical therapy and acupuncture. Nothing helped so I eventually had surgery… That didn’t fix the issue either!
