I had a very frustrating experience with this business and would not recommend them. I originally booked a couples massage for a specific date and even called ahead to confirm. During that call, I was told that a couples massage was not actually available on the date I had booked, so I requested a refund. Instead of honoring that request, they rescheduled me to a different date and time without my agreement—at a time when I was working and could not possibly attend. Kaylia is very professional and educated in her craft. I booked a massage for my mother and she gave an experience, not just a massage. My mother was relaxed and she really enjoyed it and will be booing on a regular. Her experience made the rest of the family want to book also. I highly recommend.
Kaylia is the absolute best!! Great personality and very professional. She definitely gets the job done.
EDIT: I have been seeing Kaylia for the best few months weekly for Myofascial therapy. It has been so worth it. Doing it consistently has changed my life. I no longer experience daily pain and tension. She has a lot of knowledge and experience. I'm forever thankful for her services and skill.
