If I could give this place more stars I would. I’ve been going here for years and asking for Kaylia, the owner, each time. Not only does she do a great job, she pinpoints the areas that I have a lot of tension on and focuses on them. She’s very accommodating for injuries and preferred pressure level. I had a very frustrating experience with this business and would not recommend them. I originally booked a couples massage for a specific date and even called ahead to confirm. During that call, I was told that a couples massage was not actually available on the date I had booked, so I requested a refund. Instead of honoring that request, they rescheduled me to a different date and time without my agreement—at a time when I was working and could not possibly attend. Kaylia is very professional and educated in her craft. I booked a massage for my mother and she gave an experience, not just a massage. My mother was relaxed and she really enjoyed it and will be booing on a regular. Her experience made the rest of the family want to book also. I highly recommend.
