Kasheena plays zero games. Very thorough in her screening/evaluation and extremely knowledgeable of the body, its movements, and its faults. She has all accommodations covered, with a serene environment to maximize relaxation. My experience would be 10 stars of applicable, because I fell asleep due to the comfort overload. She also gave me tips for self care going forward to keep everything in check. I loved it, and will be returning..
