The bread is good-which is great since they are a bakery. The staff is awful. One in particular is incredibly rude. She was put out when my mom placed an order for bread, which she was told to pick up before 4pm. She did, but surprise, the bread wasn't all ready so mom asked if she could get a different loaf of bread instead. The employee obliged by saying "that's fine but it messes up the total.
