I feel like for the price of the food, the quality isn't there. It's decent but not somewhere I would go often.
As others have said, my sandwich had almost no meat on it. It was a panini but was soggy as if it had been made long ago. They failed to include the side salad I ordered as a combo and showed no urgency in making it after I had to go back. Ironically, the "submit feedback" button in the app is not working so I'm having to post this publically. I'll be in this area every week for the next year and needing dinner. They could have had a steady stream of business from me but likely will have no more after this.
Lunch was yummy!
