I called in today to see if they were open and a sweet girl named Leah took my call. She was just the best on the phone, and as we got there, another amazing girl with glasses, (didn't get her name) was just as awesome and sweet. Telling us about all the breads they had, and then Leah goes: You called about the white bread? I saved you a loaf. Just THE nicest people work at this place. We stayed at the hotel across the street after a late flight and wanted some real eggs for breakfast - so glad we checked this place out!! We had omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, and the chunky cinnamon bread. Faye helped us; she was super patient, friendly, and had great suggestions. The bread is incredible and we were all very happy with our food. Thank you, Faye!
Orders aren't always right. Soups are hot, sandwiches are fresh, just made incorrectly
I wanted to write a review because I came in today during the lunch rush and felt so disheartened at the other patrons ordering food. Your employee, Morgan was so friendly and welcoming and honestly if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have waited as long as I did for my food. I understand lunch rushes can cause delays in food to be sent out and the lack of a full staff, I also recognize that Kneaders is not a fast food restaurant. I’m giving five stars because of Morgan. I’d just like to commend two employees, Audrey for her amazing people skills and Sean for his attention to detail. I have found that my orders can be unique and both of them were rather accommodating.
