So disappointed last 3 times my order has been wrong or items have been forgotten in my order. I sincerely like the fresh food. This time they forgot our French dip. I went in and told them before I left however I get home and both our salads are missing dressing and, we ordered large salads and they is hardly any salad in this box. I’m starting to wonder if we should stop visiting this Twin Falls location if they can’t do better than this!
The customer service here is phenomenal! I also love they don't tack on tips or even request it! Tipping culture here in the US is out of hand. The food is also fantastic.

Drive-thru. My wife wanted soup and a side of bread, I added an eclair at the window. We paid and halfway home my wife checked the bag and they didn't put in the bread. She REALLY wanted the bread with the soup! I turned around and we went BACK to the drive-thru and the SAME PERSON helped us with the bread and he had us drive thru and pay for the single slice of bread.
