Customer service, poor quality and the sizes given..
Will not go there ever again. Let me tell you why.. so I pull up to the drive through and the employee on the speaker said, ‘We will be right with you.’ I said okay. That’s fine. 10 minutes go past… then I try to get someones attention cause mind you, it’s been 10 minutes in the drive through already. She said, it’s going to be about 10-15 minutes for the wait time. Why didn’t she say that in the beginning instead of me waiting by the speaker the whole time. Microwaved coffee that cost way too much and turns out not even good coffee to start with. Worst experience I have had at kneaders. Seems like they are quickly going downhill.
I'm sitting at the Twin Falls Kneaders, waiting for my big order. The service is horrible! I have never given a bad review for this store for it is my favorite bakery, and I've been a customer for years. The girl who took my order is rude, arrogant, slow, disrespectful and completely closed for communication. I feel like I am committing a crime for coming here and purchasing so many items! Outrageous treatment of customers!
Fresh bread, delicious soup perfect fall day lunch! Outstanding choice if baked goods! Excellent fast service!
