Drive thru time 20 mins. I ordered 1 salad, two soups. I watched staff pour soups from plastic bags into warming pots on counters, stir once and put into to go containers. I asked why did order take so long and server just shrugged. I asked if soup would be hot and I was assured yes. Both soups were not hot, and chicken with wild rice was like super chunky thick cold gravy. Huge disappointment for trying to eat healthy. $28 9/4/26 4:23 pm
I got the sandwich combo with a smoothie. Thought the sandwich was way too small for the value and the flavor was eh. The smoothie (strawberry tsunami) was wayyyyy too sweet for my taste.
I paid $14.05 for a half turkey sandwich, side salad and tea. They gave me .65oz of turkey on my sandwich! I measured because I have a scale at work and I couldn’t believe it! If I could share a photo I would. Very disappointed!
So good! I'm never going to Panera again! The food was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had the chicken pesto panini and raspberry bread pudding...wow. I cannot say enough about how good it was. First it was so much bigger then expected with so much meat I could only finish half (which means I get to have the leftovers tomorrow for lunch...Yah!) The club sandwich was good. The almond croissant was just okay, a bit too sweet.
