Great selection of soups and sandwiches, their desserts are all very mouth-watering. Customer service is always on point. July 2026: Wanted to spotlight an excellent customer service interaction I had with Eli this week: Eli was very warm, friendly and helpful at the drive-through and I appreciate his willingness to provide the best service. it's pretty great to go back to this review I wrote 9 years ago and continue to stand by how great Kneaders is.

While staff is nice and welcoming, I ordered two salads for take away. When I got home I saw that the amount of meat/protein was one ounce at best. We ordered the cranberry apple turkey salad and the avocado bacon turkey salad. Spoke with manager and they are issuing a refund but I will never go here again
