The stores are always designed with a nice feel. The food and service were terrible. The cranberry sandwich had no cranberry sauce. It was dry with no condiments. When we asked about it they said they had no cranberry sauce. We ordered four different desserts and they brought them out, ten minutes later, on one plate🥴. A lady after us left angry before she ordered, because know one acknowledged her, or asked if she had been helped. All if this, and we were one of two small groups in the restaurant. It often takes a while, but worth the wait.
Went here for a quick drive through meal. From order to pick up we waited over 35 minutes for a simple Turkey club. Maybe 3 or 4 ppl eating inside so it wasn’t very busy. I guess expectations low these days even though I am paying for what I think is good service
