Shelby, the manager, made this a wonderful experience for us! We don't typically add reviews online but had an exceptional experience here today because of her. She was kind, helpful, and very friendly with great energy - genuinely went above and beyond. She even asked our names, which was so polite and professional. If only every company had management as top level as the service Shelby provided. Grateful for our awesome experience today!
First time trying this Kneaders. The environment is warm and cozy and I do like the amount of natural light streaming in. A bit disappointed with the really delicious-looking "Banana's Foster French Toast". The banana flavor was 100% non-existent. The texture was unpleasant and I thought they had accidentally used plantains until I asked and learned the bananas were just unripe. Pushed 'em aside, asked for more syrup to go and I plan to just pop the french toast in the air fryer when I get home later on and add more cinnamon... read more
2026 Update - things have really improved lately and the food is delicious. I'd recommend going there.
I got the worst food poisoning from here that I have ever had in my life Absolutely ridiculous
I tried the Acai Bowl it was a good portion size and I would get it again.
