As an out of towner, probably the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. No bagels served either. Zero customer service. Had a croissant egg and cheese sandwich that seemed like it was hanging around overnight just to get warmed up. When in Utah and at Salt Palace Convention Center and Temple Square area just head to Starbucks.
Great place to get a treat or lunch. Kids always enjoy going here.

I was killing time in Salt Lake downtown and discovered this place. What an experience..! The staff are so friendly and welcoming for a start. Even if you need time to look at the options (of which there is something for everyone) they are more than happy to wait for you to choose what is just right for you. I ordered an iced coffee and a biscoff white chocolate cookie. I will say that what I got was not the cookie, I received the biscoff cheesecake instead.
