Had to walk out during my most recent visit because the teenage girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge my presence after I stood in front of the counter and she just stared at me for like 3 minutes straight while she was working on something else. Also, there was a dirty broom leaned up against the customer facing side of the pastry case. Pretty terrible experience all around and I don't think I'll be coming back.
Everytime time we have been to this location one of our soups has been wrong. We didn't even point it out this time because we were in a hurry. The employees here don't stay focused and are always distracted. We always have to wait at least 4-5 mins to order and our food takes forever to be ready. Then there's always a mistake. The lobby is always dirty and I think we've had enough at this location
Love Kneader’s food. Keeps us coming back. Discouraged by service on multiple occasions. Enough to try and get someone’s attention. We often call in orders to insure desired products will be available. Most recent attempt to pick up order didn’t work as we were informed our order had been taken by a DoorDasher. Hmmmm. The customer service is unbelievably amazing! It helps that the good is pretty amazing too
I crave this place too often. Cheddar Broccoli Soup and Asiago bread is my favorite! The staff is always so friendly too!
