Al is one of the best. He took his time to understand my issues and helped to resolve. He’s honest and allows for any questions, concerns and makes the whole process so easy and worthwhile!

I would 100% recommend Al at Kneaded Recovery. Sessions with Al are never a “one size fits all” massage. He sits with you to go over trouble areas and issues. He makes a plan that is personalized to your needs. He uses a variety of techniques including massage, cupping, and stretching. I have had many massages, and Al is by far one of the best!
