What a fabulous Massage Therapist and a super friendly person. Very knowledgeable, professional could not recommend more. I have not had a session since moving to the area and desperately needed relief. I am so glad I chose Al from the other therapists in the area. I feel great and booked another session.
My first time experiencing Kneaded Recovery. I learned so much about my body. The experience was phenomenal, the best massage I have ever had (I have had a lot). I normally leave still hurting or just ready to get back on the table, however I left excited about my knowing my body will be recovered. Thank you so much. Al is one of the best. He took his time to understand my issues and helped to resolve. He’s honest and allows for any questions, concerns and makes the whole process so easy and worthwhile!

I would 100% recommend Al at Kneaded Recovery. Sessions with Al are never a “one size fits all” massage. He sits with you to go over trouble areas and issues. He makes a plan that is personalized to your needs. He uses a variety of techniques including massage, cupping, and stretching. I have had many massages, and Al is by far one of the best!
