I head to visit Cayla every four weeks. It's recovery for my workout routine. Muscles get tight and I need to work out some kinks. Cayla is the perfect addition to that routine and keeps me going. I always notice better performance after my visits. Would highly recommend. She will work with you to highlight the areas that you need to work on and takes time after to review the results for next time.
I am new to the massage world and this was an easy and relaxing experience with Cayla. She listened to why I came in and what I wanted to accomplish. After our first session, she gave me a lot of great stretches and exercises to help me correct some ailments between sessions. I felt relief instantly and have felt better sense following the plan. We scheduled another session and I look forward to making progress. I would highly recommend Cayla and I will be deterring friends. Already scheduled my wife’s first session.
