Jami has magic hands! I could not stand straight when I first started coming because my back was so messed up. Monthly massages, yoga, sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair at work, and trying to walk between an hour and two hours each day have made all the difference. Now my back is strong. I love Kneaded Energy and the wonderful folks who work here,especially Jami.
