Carla is awesome. If you’re looking for a real massage not just someone “applying lotion”, sign up asap. She’s the real deal.
This is the best place to go for a sports massage or if you just need to get un-pretzeled! Carla is great at working with athletes and reducing pain and tightness.
I was a bit nervous since it was my first massage ever and, of course, as a woman I'm a bit nervous about strangers touching me anyway. But I felt very comfortable with Carla and I could tell she valued my privacy. She was very friendly but not overly talkative and she somehow managed to find the perfect pressure to use when all I said was "my pain tolerance isn't high." The setting was very nice too. The table was comfy and overall it was a nice first experience.
Carla is a wonderfully talented therapist.
Carla listens to you, and your body to address the aches and pains. She also offers cupping! My favorite. Highly recommend!
