I would highly recommend Knead + Ground; Sarah is very skilled and warm, and was thorough in understanding the problem areas in my back and neck so she could tailor my massage to address these issues. She creates a calm environment making my experience relaxing whilst effectively treating my aches and pains.
I really enjoyed my massage with Sarah. It was a really welcoming, calm and warm space. She made me feel really relaxed and she understood what I needed. I definitely went away feeling a lot lighter and will be going back for sure. Highly recommend!
I’m still buzzing from a totally wonderful treatment from Sarah earlier. She has created a wonderful warm treatment space and clearly knows her stuff! Aches and worries have been kneaded away and I left feeling uplifted, lighter and so much more relaxed.
