Sheli is hands down the best and no one else is close! It’s extremely rare to find a good massage therapist, let alone one that deeply understands anatomy in order to actually fix something, and Sheli is absolutely both of those. Completely healed me after one session (and gave incredibly thorough advice regarding how to do things on my own) and I couldn’t recommend someone more!

Such a pleasant escape from chronic pain. Sheli is patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. I went to her because I had a cervical spinal fusion and I experience a series of pains as a result. The amount of care she took to make me comfortable is unmatched. If you are looking for relief from incessant aches, actually even if you're feeling good, go see Sheli and she can make you feel better!
