Things started out well, after the first few visits we went virtual so that my son didn’t have to miss school. Every time we have had an appointment in the past 6 months the provider doesn’t sign on. I call the office after waiting 20-30 minutes to see if she will show up, they always tell me “her previous appointment is behind” and they just send refills for me & my son.
