I had an excellent experience with KND Behavioral Health, especially with Kimberly. She is professional, compassionate, and really takes the time to listen and understand your needs. Her guidance and support have made a real difference in my mental health journey. The staff at KND is friendly and welcoming, and the whole process — from scheduling to appointments — is smooth and stress-free. Things started out well, after the first few visits we went virtual so that my son didn’t have to miss school. Every time we have had an appointment in the past 6 months the provider doesn’t sign on. I call the office after waiting 20-30 minutes to see if she will show up, they always tell me “her previous appointment is behind” and they just send refills for me & my son. Business was very disorganized and needs better managerial skills. There was no consistency in medication management and many appointments were missed. I do not recommend this business. Not being able to be attentive to clients is a huge set back for those trying so hard to overcome obstacles in life.

Started out great, ended bad. Very unprofessional, badly managed, unpredictably attentive to client and the worst medication management I have ever experienced.
