Started out great, ended bad. Very unprofessional, badly managed, unpredictably attentive to client and the worst medication management I have ever experienced.
We have followed Dr. Kimberly from another office because we loved the care she gave our twins. Unfortunately over the years , at no fault of her own the office has had many changes. Most of the time you call the office, and the voicemail is full. My son needs monthly summaries that we kept waiting on , now they say it’s in an old system. They have gone thru so many patient portals that it’s hard to keep up with. Dr. Kimberly and her staff are the best in Texas. She listens to you and not only that she has the sweetest receptionist. Ms. Tajsha is on point with setting up your appointments. The office is clean. The wait time is less than five minutes. Both Dr. Kimberly and Ms. Tajsha are very professional. I love them and I will give them 10 stars.
Can not contact anyone to get appointment set up for my wife Literally tried every avenue. She has days of meds been trying for 2 weeks.
