The centre is located at the entrance of St IVES shopping village near Woolworths. It is a community library where you could find a lot of useful information about community services. A jump start for those who start their role as a care coordinator in the area. Social activities eg mahjong, chair yoga, yarning group and walking group is open for seniors to join. JP service available at 12-1pm on weekdays. Good place to explore/find community support/explore new things in the community.
Rude staff. Coming in for 12pm JP service. Didn’t see sign up saying it starts at 1230 today. Before I could ask a question I was told I’m not allowed to wait inside. It was more about the rude manner in which I was ejected than not being able to line up inside which I was unhappy about.
Absolutely unprofessional. Promise to ring you back and never do - constantly say they will ring the next week but leave it to you to follow up. No idea of customer service. I have spoken with Isobella on 14/3, 26/3, 6/6, and attempted to speak with her today. Each time she promises to ring back within the week and NEVER DOES. What type of people are you employing? Taking money from the government under false pretences. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Not the same as it used to be. No Neighbourhoody vibes. Cold calculated greeting and all the volunteers that were there pre-covid have gone. Not a friendly environment. Very business like now. The warmth has dissipated. Saddened…. Because it was a great place
