The lady in the shipping office is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to talk to drivers respectfully, and to make things worse, she was literally sleeping on the chair during working hours. This kind of behavior creates a bad impression of the company. Proper training in customer service and basic courtesy is definitely needed.
