Booked for an evening pickup appt for a truckload of insulation, 200 mile next day delivery in VA. Arrived 5:45pm, loaded 0415am. Broker told me to expect a 4 hour wait and that they would pay detention, etc. but this was an absolutely ridiculous wait. No indoor bathrooms available for drivers.
My appointment was at 1pm. Arrived at 12:30 and left at 5:45pm. 🤷♀️
It’s the worst experience I had in my six years of trucking, I waited 24 hours to be loaded, shipping office employee has anger issues. I will make sure I will never come to this place again
