Delivered here Saturday but missed my appointment that was at 9 due to the snow storm. However, the staff here had no issues unload after I checked in at 2pm
Due to Amazon delivery, I was 11 hours late for a pickup from this wonderful company, and despite this, I got the door right away. Thank you very much for understanding us drivers.
Had my driver stuck here the 7 hours, my driver waited patiently and respected them not to bother them, a few times in those 7 hours he went to check what is the reason to why no one is loading him yet, no answer from shipping on why he is not getting loaded, only answer given to him, we will call you, no one touched him for the whole time being there
