I called Knauf to enquire about purchasing and cutting three sheets for a local TAFE to transport—just six simple cuts. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting with what should have been a straightforward request. Their dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing, especially for a business that supplies the construction industry. I expected a more professional approach and will be taking my business elsewhere.
