Delivery was to occur at about 10 am at 12.15 I phoned then was told delivery at 3.30 at 4.45 my men left to go home I finally got my order at 5.30 pm the phone wasn’t picked up from 12.15 only messages taken and no communication bloody disaster 5 men at 500 each wasted now have to pay extra for Saturday work to get back on programme Not likely to ever use you again
