I have had a great experience with Grace, Being my first home buying experience, she really assisted me every step of the way, clarifying details that were not clear to me. she was great with arranging inspections with the current tenant, as well as enabling the building inspector to carry out his tasks. I have been treated badly by Luke Knapton. He used me to put the price up for a property then I signed contract, paid derposit, after that sold it to another person. Years a go they managed my property and i didn't keep them long cause of there bad service. He did GAZUMPING, it's legal but think when you think to buy property and spent time with agent , negotiate for 3 days then agent says vendor agreed , you put deposit and sign contract after few hours you found out he is actually selling to someone else.
