I appreciated that he returned my calls in a timely manner and completed the job in the timeframe that I needed. I am very pleased with the work performed, and I would recommend him to anyone! Mr. Knaps gave me the MOST informed advice about why my home was retaining moisture. We were contemplating removing stucco! Andrew advised me to use an elastomeric coating and it solved the problem! His crew arrived a day BEFORE he promised, they did THREE coats on my home in 2 1/2 days. Never had to clean up behind them, never saw them take a break?!
