New owner who seems to have a vision
I reserved a room at 11:00 a.m. he said he would have to take my charge card to reserve the room. I never was there and text Jason at 5:30 p. m. and told him an emergency came up and I would need to cancel the reservation. He only refunded half of the charge. I called him. Said it was there policy. I said “ in an emergency “. He said yep. I said I was going to write a terrible review and he hung up on me! What a new owner!☹️
