Lori Knapp and the Knapp's Pools' staff and contractors are very experienced, knowledgeable and have been fun and wonderful to deal with from our first contact in 2022 to select the pool type, shape and colour, to settling the purchase contract, the installation of the fiberglass pool and equipment, and their after-sales service. We could not be happier. Their prices are reasonable and they stick to their estimates. Our Salt Chlorine Generator ceased to work properly less than two years after installation. We love our fiberglass inground pool. Installation was professional and only took a few days. Everyone has been very helpful in learning maintenance and upkeep. Would highly recommend.

Lori has made our pool care experience seamless, effective and enjoyable. Her excellent and personalised service is second to none, and our pool water has never looked better. She is very responsive any time we have concerns, and always knows the proper action to take. I cannot recommend Knapp's Pools and Hot Tubs highly enough!
