I hired them to move a hot tub and, even though there were some obstacles to overcome, the team was great at solving the problems and getting the job done. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We've been dealing with Knapp's Pools for the past 10 years, with Lori supplying chemicals for our old pool. When it became clear our pool needed a new liner, we contacted Lori for advice. After assessing the situation with Jake, they determined that the steel walls of our pool were in bad condition, and a new pool would be the best option. Lori Knapp and the Knapp's Pools' staff and contractors are very experienced, knowledgeable and have been fun and wonderful to deal with from our first contact in 2022 to select the pool type, shape and colour, to settling the purchase contract, the installation of the fiberglass pool and equipment, and their after-sales service. We could not be happier. Their prices are reasonable and they stick to their estimates. Our Salt Chlorine Generator ceased to work properly less than two years after installation.
