I had a car emergency, and my normal mechanic said he was booked out for three weeks. I called many shops in the area, and no one could see me. I called Knapps, and they said they were busy, but to bring it in and they would do their best. I received a call later that morning with an update, and the car was finished before they close, at 5 pm. My car problems were still not over.
