It’s touchless, which is important. But the automatic washers do a poor job of washing bugs or debris off the front of your car or around any features - a perfect layer of dirt is left in the “shadows” of any spoilers or other bump out designs on the side and rear of your car. The undercarriage blast is a joke. I was in a rush today and paid for an automatic wash, which I do about half the time I go there for the past 7 years, and if I have time I pay a little extra in the self stalls to touch up the missed areas. The price was good, but the wash didn’t clean the bottom well. Ice and heavy snow were still there, and I had to clean it myself afterward

3rd time I've been there the past 2 weeks and everytime the rinse doesn't work. That's ridiculous

I went to the car wash and was not able to get my car washed on a certain night BUT I waited until I ran into the gentleman that runs the place at night and explained to him what happened. He stopped what he was doing and let me right in and turned the wash right on so I could get my suv washed and dried. That's why I still come here after all these years. Thank you very much!
