Not what I asked for, Not to mentioned countless other issues. Not worth my time to list them off… $400 for this garbage. That fell apart the second I got home. Shaun was paid twice on July 24, 2023 and has not repaid the amount to our company as of Nov. 6, 2023. So I would be careful how you pay for the service. This is after repeated request by our property manager. Word of Caution!!!!!@
I would not recommend. This guy is shady.
DO NOT USE!!! DISHONEST AND WILL OVERCHARGE! Shaun had tacked on an additional $100 dumping fee, without any prior discussion. He demanded payment exclusively via Venmo and when we attempted to submit the payment via Venmo, the app was glitching and informed me that the payment didn't go through so we attempted the transaction a few times. Later we realized that the payment had been sent twice - which Shaun clearly knew but failed to mention anything. DO NOT HIRE! Our company still hasn't been reimbursed for overpayment (due to an error in the only payment method they would accept - venmo). We have attempted to contact them several times, but they refuse to answer our calls or respond. We value our relationships with local vendors and trades we work with here in the valley but we absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. We are willing to remove our 1 star reviews if we receive our reimbursement.
