I didn’t even get to see Dr. Knapp! I’ve had 3 different appointments set & never made it to any. The first appointment was the Monday following the crazy snowstorm in January. They didn’t open the office this day, but never reached out to let me know this or reschedule me, so I showed up to a canceled appointment in weather where “inclement” is an understatement.
