It took around 15 sessions before I learned that the office was struggling to bill my insurance. Without talking to me about this, Melissa Knapp submitted the claim and then told me they could not work something out because they had already submitted it. No one talked to me about it until it was too late. Instead of paying a co-pay for all of those sessions, I was given a $2k bill without any care at all.

Melissa is a terrific psychologist and I feel very lucky to have found her to be part of my healthcare team. Her friendly personality makes it easy to talk to her about anything, and she gives me realistic advice that I know that I should follow. I've never stuck with a therapist for very long in the past, but after seeing Melissa for a few months, I started to see the value in therapy and actually started looking forward to it each week!
