Yesterday, I waited 25 minutes just for a guy (not the owner) to print a pdf I emailed to him. There was no and I mean no sense of customer service. The customer before me asked about a poster on the wall and this guy literally stopped working and talked about as many related posters/pictures on the wall. In the meantime, a Caucasian woman came into the place of business the guy behind the counter proceeded to assist this lady instead of me.
