Would never do work for them again still owes me 2550.00 for hauling material.
If your a contractor do not work for Knapp pools as they do not pay their bills. I have them in court for a bill.
Buyer Beware is all I have to say. I wouldn't recommend Knapp's to my worst enemy. Installed a pool for us. Said it would take 3 weeks from start to finish--it took 4.5 months and a threat of a lawsuit to get it finished. Extremely unsatisfied with the products they installed. Did some Bait and Switch on us as well. The worst is the extremely poor customer service, once you sign on the line don't expect any calls back!
